"I haven't trained in years. Will I be able to keep up?"

Yes, and you won't be the first person to walk in feeling that way. Everything is adapted to your level. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else and the coach will make sure you are always working at the right pace for you.

"I'm not confident around weights. Is that okay?"

Accepted Answer

Completely fine. Most people here weren't when they started either. We teach you everything from scratch, how to move well, how to lift safely, and how to build confidence over time. You will never be left to just figure it out.

Question 3

"Is this like a bootcamp or HIIT class?"

Accepted Answer

No. We focus on strength, fat loss and long term health, not on exhausting you for the sake of it. Sessions are structured and progressive. You should leave feeling worked and capable, not broken.

"What if I have aches, pains or old injuries?"

Very common, especially in the age group we work with. We adapt everything around you. The goal is always to help you move better and feel better, not to push through something that is going to set you back.

"Will I fit in? I'm worried everyone else will be fitter than me."

The people at The Club 4 Me are genuinely normal. No gym culture, no egos, no cliques. Most of them had exactly the same worry before they started. We have built the environment carefully since 2016 and we protect it. Everyone is made to feel welcome from day one.

"What does the 6-week programme actually involve?"

It starts with a consultation so we properly understand your goals and where you're starting from. Then 2-3 coach-led group sessions per week, nutrition coaching, regular check-ins throughout, and a full review at the end. You are supported and coached from the very first session.

"How many people are in each session?"

We keep numbers small on purpose. You will never feel like you have disappeared into a crowd. The coach knows who is in the room and is paying attention throughout.

"How much does it cost?"

The 6-week programme is £197 in full, or you can split it into two payments of £99. To get started just book a call, we will talk through what you are looking for and make sure it is the right fit.
