TERMS

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT

By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.

​

Between: You (The Member) and Fit Body in 6 Ltd trading as The Club (The Gym).

​

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 All contracts must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that The Gym and the coaching team are not responsible - except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.

1.3 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by The Gym staff.

1.4 I understand my progress is dependent upon my effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training sessions themselves.

1.5 I understand that opening times are subject to change and will vary from the regular schedule over holiday and Bank Holiday periods.

THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

1.6 I understand that in order to be eligible for the action takers guarantee (if appropriate) I must attend at least 3 coached sessions week at The Club (every week), use MyFitnessPal to track and hit my nutrition targets (set by The The Club) every day and complete measurements with the Gym's coaches, every month for the full duration of my membership.

2.0 CONTRACT DURATION & RENEWAL

2.1 I understand that by completing payment and agreeing this contract I commit myself to minimum contracted term of 3 Months.

2.2 I understand that this contract is in force for a rolling calendar month, 3 Months (as appropriate) from the contract start date - this commences when payment is successfully processed.

2.3 I understand that once I go past the minimum term set out in my contract I will automatically enter a rolling monthly contract, where a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.

3.0 PAYMENTS

3.1 The Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees (as appropriate for the selected membership) for every month’s membership at The Club via recurring card payment through GoCardless or Stripe payment system.

Note: This contracted membership allows attendance to 2, 3 or unlimited  group coaching sessions per week at The Gym depending on your membership you purchased, unused sessions DO NOT carry over from week to week or billing period to billing period.

3.2 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at The Gym as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card every month for a minimum contracted period of 3 Months (as appropriate), which then automatically enters into a rolling monthly contract unless requested to be cancelled by either myself with minimum 30 days notice prior to next payment.

3.3 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe or Gocardless.

3.4 I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.

4.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

4.1 Membership Pauses are not possible during the initial contracted period of Monthly, 3 Months.

4.2 Once the initial contracted period (3 Months) has expired and a rolling monthly contract has been entered - Membership Pauses are limited to 60 days (2 payments) per calendar year, in 30-60 day increments only.

4.3 All Membership Pause requests require 30 days notice before the next scheduled payment date - any requests received later cannot be processed until after the next scheduled payment.

4.4 Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.

4.5 If you choose to cancel your membership during the pause period you must follow the normal cancellation procedure.
4.6 We do not accept pause requests for anything other than pregnancy or injury/ illness which prevents you from exercising for a period longer than 30 days. This will require a letter from a GP.

5.0 CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Following the initial minimum contracted term of monthly, 3 months all membership cancellations are subject to a 30 day notice period - any payments within this 30 day period will be processed as normal and are non-refundable.

Note: You will, of course, be able to continue at The Club for a month after your final payment has gone through.

5.2 Cancellation of a contract prior to the expiration of the minimum contracted term requires an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder the contract - so choose your contract option appropriately.

5.3 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront are non-refundable.

5.4 These terms are NOT flexible so if you don’t intend to adhere to these terms then please DO NOT sign up.
5.5 You will need to follow the process of cancellation by notifying The Club of your request to cancel in email (admin@theclub4me.co.uk)

 

6.0 AGREEMENT

6.1 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at The Club I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.

7.0 INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
7.1 Individuals are not eligible for any introductory offers within 6 months of purchasing another introductory offer
7.2 The package includes Maximum 3 sessions per week.

8.0 Friends and Family Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

Our Friends and Family Referral Scheme is exclusively available to full-time members and is tied to our 6-Week Challenge. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility and Process:
    To be eligible for the referral benefits, the referring member must contact us with the referral details before the new member completes their sign-up process. Referrals submitted after the new member has signed up will not be considered valid and will not qualify for any benefits.

  2. Discount Code:
    Upon receiving the referral details, we will issue a unique discount code to the referred individual. This code must be applied by the new member during their sign-up for the 6-Week Challenge. Failure to use the discount code at the time of sign-up will result in the forfeiture of the discount, and no retroactive discounts will be applied.

  3. Cashback Reward:
    Once the referred individual has successfully signed up using the provided discount code and has commenced their membership, the referring member will be eligible for a cashback reward. This reward will be credited against the first month's membership fee of the new member. The cashback reward is non-transferable and has no cash value outside of the stated application.

  4. Timeframe for Referrals:
    To ensure fairness to all participants, referrals must be submitted within a specific timeframe as outlined by the gym. Referrals cannot be backdated, and any submission outside of the specified timeframe will be deemed invalid.

  5. General Conditions:
    This referral scheme cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of the referral scheme may result in the forfeiture of any earned rewards and could lead to the suspension or termination of membership.

 

By participating in the Friends and Family Referral Scheme, members agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by the gym regarding the scheme are final.
